Must visit and eat at Sprankle's Village Deli. The best sandwiches in or around Benicia, Ca. They have a great menu and the best group of employees. The owners are wonderful and support the city.

Plenty of parking for Safeway and Rite Aid customers. Nearby you will find Starbucks, B of A, another bank's ATM, Pizza Pirates, etc. Plenty of parking for all.

There's a Safeway, nuff said. Aside from that, CVS, Chevron, restaurants, H&R Block, Starbucks and a failed yet to be replaced KFC, is all the reason to come here. But really, if you live in Benicia look no further, other than the Southampton shopping center of course, but this location borders downtown Benicia, which is worth a visit regardless of intentions. You can't replace waterfront views with suburbia, and this location is within walking distance of that gorgeous tranquility!

Great area, quiet, Park across the street, Sol-Trans bus line, Safeway, Bank of America, and other eateries at location and small businesses. Nice size parking lot.

Food, Grocery, Shipping, Coffee, Banking, and Gas. Convenient and easy parking even for larger vehicles. It's at the end of first street so watch for pedestrian traffic. There is a bus stop at this location.

This outdoor Center has a very nice Safeway and a !! Pizza Pirate!! I love sprankles deli, I'm always at the Starbucks-both of them! And rite aid is so nice now- newly renovated!

What makes a neighborhood shopping center great? Groceries, Starbucks, pizza, deli, banks, ups, & plenty of parking will do it for me. Watch out while turning left from the main exit traffic signal.

The 2 anchor stores, Safeway and Rite Aid, are well established and run like clock work. Parking can be tight on rare occasions, but not impossible. It's worth a drive over to support one of the dozen small businesses in the back.

Pizza pirate is delicious. Looking for a good pie? Go here. Game room isn't that big for the kids but, oh well. Salad bar is the best around. They even have fruit! Definitely recommend this place!

Its a nice mall and has some good stores like JC pennys and Macys. Food court has a few decent choices but nothing amazing.
